Return Policy
At Vionce, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return the item(s) within 7 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns:

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them.
The original packaging, tags, and any accompanying accessories must be intact.
Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice) must be provided.
Non-Returnable Items:

Items marked as final sale.


Return Process:

Exchanged product will be delivered within 7 days

Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at support@vionce.in with your order details and reason for return.
Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and further instructions.
Shipping the Return: Securely pack the item(s) and include the RMA number. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 15 days and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Credit Application: The credit will be applied to your original method of payment, and the time it takes to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund within 15 days of approval, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
